Until 2012, there was no instruction manual for the Biomat. The reason for this is simple: There is no way to give you instructions other than a few helpful hints and how to use the controller, which really isn't needed because its fairly obvious how to use it when you look at it. We will, however, share some experiences and try to give you a few hints below. Just know that everyone is uniques, including you, and that there is no way to tell you how much time a day or how high a temperature to use to effect you the way you wish. Everyone has different toxicity levels, body weight, age, etc.
